Oh my gosh....we had a super fantanbulous time. Enjoyed everything. Thank you so very much for the wine, choco covered strawberries, happy hour/appetizers, and dinner. Also, for the on board credits. We had such a great time. Weather was absolutely gorgeous. The ship, wow.........the crew and staff were all so very hospitable, respectful, sociable, and plentiful. The food, what can we say. I almost wore my bathing suit home because I didn't know if I could still get into my jeans. Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Great Stirrup Cay, Nassau, all places I would love to visit again. The activities and people were so friendly, gracious. The ship itself, all the activities, the bars, restaurants, entertainment, food, staff, crew. I just can't say enough great things to say about this cruise, except we would love to take one again, and definitely aboard the Norwegian Cruise Line. The friends we made, some from our area, New Jersey, California, Canada, Virginia, Pennsylvania, just amazing. Some of these folks had taken many, many cruises, and all have said they will travel only Norwegian because of the quality of service, personnel, activities, food, beverages, accomodations, etc. Every one we spoke to who have taken many cruises during their lives, have all said, Norwegian is the best. I am so very glad we booked our cruise with you through Maggie. I know we made the best possible choice we could. That is a huge compliment. One gentleman had taken more than 50 cruises in his lifetime, he had told my husband. He will only book with Norwegian. We can proudly add ourselves to that long list of references for you and the Norwegian. Of course, our host Maggie, and you have been the shaker and movers for this whole trip. You have been a good friend, and so very helpful every single step of the way. We truly appreciate all you have done to make this so very special for us.
The places we visited and excursions we took we all fabulous. Only one thing we wished was different, that we had more time at each port........I know we wanted more....heehee. We truly enjoyed everything we could and sampled as much as we could. Yes, I shopped too. Love that Tortuga rum cake. That's a keeper. Nassau is one gorgeous island. Great Stirrup Cay has so much beauty to it, as well as views. Reminds us of our Thousand Islands in Northern NY.
The rough seas we experienced the first evening didn't bother us that much. Guess because we love the water to begin with. Also, our son served 21 years in the US Navy, and we had experienced an all day Dependent Cruise aboard his one Command, the destroyer...USS Mahan. The Captain did a few maneuvers while underway, that were sensational. Many people became nauseated, or could not get their sea legs. Just loved being on the sea. The views, sunsets, all beautiful memories. We have so many photos. Took so many. Need to upload and print now so I can put them in albums. Our souvenirs are cherished memories too. I made sure we bought photo frames, from our ports.
I at least wanted to email you and let you know how great you are, and the fabulous trip you set up for us. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts.
