Marti Casper speaks with Kristina Mossgraer, the Director of Communications and Community Outreach for NAMI Rochester–National Alliance on Mental Illness. When lockdown in March 2020 happened NAMI went virtual with all their programs and it’s been a big success. they plan on adding more sessions this year and keep those programs when life goes back to normal. Right now they are not seeing anyone in person. Calls have increased since the pandemic hit as more and people are experiencing depression or sadness in one form or another.
