Mark Shuttleworth spoke with Eve Moses, Monroe County Caregiver Coordinator at Lifespan. Lifespan is a non-profit organization that provides information, guidance, and more than 30 services for older adults and caregivers. Lifespan’s Respite Care program helps to connect volunteers with caregivers who need a break. Volunteers give several hours each week or month to spend time with the person living with memory loss. This allows the caregiver to take a break. Lifespan works to connect volunteers with clients with similar interests.
