Veterans Outreach Center 7/10/22

Ed Smith spoke with Laura Stradley, Executive Director or the Veterans Outreach Center.  Laura spoke about their mission of helping veterans and their families.  VOC provides health services, working to get veterans employment and providing a community for them.  She spoke about the upcoming golf tournament and Pound the Ground 5K events.  Laura talked about their $7 million renovation underway at their homeless shelter.  She also outlined their employment training program and specifically reaching out to minority veterans who are underserved.
