October 27, 2022 – Theme Week Day 4

We’re continuing our Halloween theme week with a classic Halloween movie – Hocus Pocus! It was released in 1993 and stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as the Sanderson sisters. Midler has said that it’s her favorite movie she’s ever done. It wasn’t a box office success…which maybe could have had something to do with it being released in July. But thanks to annual airings on Disney Channel and Freeform, it has become a cult classic. Learn more here.
