PathStone builds family and individual self-sufficiency by strengthening farmworker, rural and urban communities, promotes social justice through programs and advocacy and works to eliminate poverty through various programs. PathStone promotes access to personal counseling and financial resources designed to stabilize living environments and provide the foundation for economic security. There are low interest and no interest loans available to help families with heating and housing needs. Pathstone now serves low-income families and economically distressed communities throughout New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, Vermont, and Puerto Rico
