Sobriety Sound 6/19/22

Scott Fitzgerald spoke with Mathew Hoye, founder of Sobriety Sound.  Scott and Mathew discussed the sobering addiction statistics for the United States.  Hoye spoke about his own struggle with addiction and his first year of sobriety.  He spoke about how Sobriety Sound provides a safe and sober space for people in recovery to have instruments, a writing space, and recording equipment.  Hoye shared information about fundraising they are doing to purchase more equipment and maintain their facility.  The Sobriety Sounds space is open to the public if someone wants to learn how to play an instrument and collaborate with others.
